At TLH Marketing, our team is the driving force behind everything we do, from sparking creative ideas to delivering standout campaigns for our clients. So, we thought it was about time we introduced you to the people behind the projects.
First up in our Meet the Team series: Matthew Fairclough, one of our longest-serving team members and the go-to guy for pretty much anything.
Matt has been with TLH for a decade, and in that time he’s earned a bit of a reputation…not just for his incredible client management skills, but also for being the one who somehow always has the answer, no matter the question! Whether it’s navigating a tricky deadline, finding the perfect solution to a sudden challenge, or making sense of a chaotic to-do list, Matt’s your man.
What Does Matthew Do?
Officially? He manages clients, coordinates campaigns and makes sure everything runs smoothly.
Unofficially? He keeps us all in check!
Matt’s ability to stay calm under pressure is legendary in the office and it’s a big part of why clients love working with him. He’s thoughtful, proactive and always one step ahead, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Outside of Work…
When he’s not juggling marketing campaigns, you’ll most likely find Matt on the golf course, channeling his inner Tiger Woods (we’re still waiting for him to bring a trophy back to the office). He’s also partial to a good night out with friends, especially if it involves a few drinks.
And this year is a big one for Matt outside of work…he’s getting married this July! We’re all incredibly excited for him and can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter. (We’re all hoping he doesn’t check his emails on his honeymoon…)
A Quiet Milestone
While we’re not making this all about anniversaries, we couldn’t introduce Matt without mentioning one small thing — he’s been part of the TLH team for 10 years. That’s a whole decade of dedication, reliability and brilliant work. It also makes him part of the foundations of who we are today.
So, whether you’ve worked with Matt before or are just getting to know him, rest assured: your campaign is in very safe hands.
